This part was removed from a freshwater engine. We have taken the time to professionally and inspect this part.  There are no signs of pitting or corrosion.  Please note that gaskets have been removed from the part, and will need to be replaced prior to use. There are two small holes in dip plate on under side - plesae see photos for more detail.  Please make sure to blow out prior to use.   Please refer to the photos to verify what is included in this listing and the condition these parts are in prior to ordering.  There is nothing stopping this from making a great OEM replacement!
