• The Mercury swivel bracket assembly was removed from a freshwater engine and is in great condtion.
• There is hardly a scratch on this bracket.
• This does include the steering arm.
• There are not any cracks or breaks in the bracket and this item shows no signs of rust or corrosion.
• As with any used part, this item does display the normal, minor signs of previous use, but nothing that will affect the overall performance.
• This will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
