• This Mercury ECU was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition.
• As with any used part, this item does display the normal, minor signs of previous use, but nothing that will affect the performance. 
• There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but this is entirely cosmetic.
• The epoxy is in great shape and shows no signs of being overheated.
• It is not melted or warped.
• There are not any cracks or breaks either. 
  
  

We are unable to test these at this time. We are now offering a 1 year mechanical warranty for this part. Should you have any problems within this time frame, we will simply refund/replace the item as necessary.

This does fit botha 225 and 250 but it will change your hp to 225.
