• Removed from a 1992 15 HP freshwater engine 
• Engine had good spark 
• Compression was 115 across both cylinders
• We recommend a carburetor rebuild due to age
• The starter teeth are worn, though it still operates as it should and recoil starter is good
• There is some surface rust present, should not affect performance (please see pictures)
• The recoil starter does have a spot where the rope has pulled into the plastic, should not affect performance (please see pictures)
