I can't tell you how long they sat on the engine before they came here. *THE GASKETS WERE REMOVED DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS. Fits:	1981-1992 - 9.9 15 HP While these will fit a 15 HP, this was removed from a 9.9 HP engine and it will essentially change the horsepower to 9.9 HP. We have provided this cross-reference with the resources we have available in regards to fitment. This most likely will not fit every model for the years and horsepower we have listed.
