This Johnson Evinrude Adapter plate is in good condition.
There are a few scratches on this item, but they are only cosmetic and will not affect the performance of this part.
There is some minimal pitting here and there, but this is entirely cosmetic.
This does come with the seal, but it is loose. This item would make a great replacement part for your outboard!
