437342 Johnson Evinrude 1995-2005 Empty Cylinder Block 48 50 HP FOR PARTS/REPAIR

• This cylinder block is in good condition and is ready for rebuild.
• Please note that this is just the block.
• It does NOT come with any of the internal parts.
• You will have to put your current parts into this block.
• The cylinder walls on this powerhead have been give a quick flex-hone for further inspection.
• After doing this we did notice that the bottom cylinder does have scoring, so this will need to be bored to be oversized.
• There are not any cracks or breaks in the block itself.
• The paint is in pretty good shape with only minor blemishes and scuffs.
• Upon inspection, we did notice that the hole for the water tube is wallered a bit, but is still threaded sufficiently.
• The does come with all the bolts.
• This will make a great replacement part for your outboard.
  
  Because this is not a complete powerhead and is just an empty block, we are selling this for parts or repair only. This will need the internals added to make this complete. Because of this being listed this way, we cannot accept returns for this block. Please confirm prior to purchasing that this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing. 

1995-2005 - 48 50 HP

The head off this block is for the 50 HP motors. If you changed out the cylinder head, this will fit the 48 HP as well.  

We have provided this cross-reference with the resources we have available in regards to fitment. This most likely will not fit every model for the years and horsepowers we have listed.
