This tiller handle comes with a key
Grip and handle show some signs of wear but are otherwise in good condition
Moves freely, turns smoothly and shift cable moves as it should
2 wires off the trim are cut but can be spliced (please see pictures)
There is a spot on the knob lever that shows some wear from rubbing (please see pictures)
The Fast/ Slow label shows peeling but is still legible
