• Item is in good freshwater condition.
• There are no signs of overheating. 
• No cut, burnt, or broken wires
• Engine had good spark
• Compression tested at 120 on both cylinders
• We suggest a rebuild on the carburetor. We are unsure how long motor has sat before we received it.
