This steering lever is in good condition and ready for use. This is the splined steering lever. There is some paint scratches and missing spots, but nothing that will affect the performance. There are 12 splines on the lever, all of which are in great shape. There are not any cracks or breaks. This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement!
