There is no way to tell if a propeller is spun until it is installed. If there are any mechanical issues we will refund or replace the item. This propeller is sold with a 6 month hub warranty. If the hub is spun, we will replace it. If you order this incorrectly or change your mind within 45 days, you may return it with a 20% restocking fee and shipping.
