• There are no signs of rust or corrosion and the paint is in good shape.
• It only has minimal light scratching and scuffs, but this is entirely cosmetic.
• There are not any cracks or breaks in the bracket. 
• As with any used part, this item does display the normal, minor signs of previous use, but nothing that would affect the overall performance.
• This does not come with the bracket for the steering arm.
• This will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
