• This Mercury gear set is in good condition and was removed from a freshwater engine.
• All the bearings that come with this set are in excellent condition and spin freely.
• The are used, but in good condition.
• Upon inspection, we did notice some very minimal wear on the clutch plates, but is still fully functional.
• Please note that this will come with everything pictured and is an original OEM set, not an aftermarket brand.

Please note that we do use a spray wax corrosion inhibitor to prevent the gears from rusting. When wax is used as an inhibitor, this can sometimes harden and make the bearing impossible to use. If you get a gear set and the bearing is locked, this can be heated to make the bearings spin freely again.
