This Evinrude top center frame was removed from a freshwater engine We have professionally inspected this part to guarantee it to be in good, working condition. Upon inspection, we did notice some minor fading, scratches, and scuffs, but this will not affect anything this is entirely cosmetic. The lining is in good conditiont. Purchase with confidence!
