This cowling is in good condition! It was removed from a freshwater engine. There are a few light scratches and rub marks, but this is entirely cosmetic. There is a impact mark on the front bottom, but it does not go all the way through. Please see pictures. This does come with the latch handle.This cowling will make an good replacement for your outboard!
