This was removed from a freshwater engine.
We have taken the time to professionally clean and inspect this part.
This does come with the swivel brackets, both transom brackets, Steering Arm and the tie bar.
There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but this is purely cosmetic.
This will make a great replacement for your motor.
