• This was removed from a 2003 freshwater Yamaha motor.
• While there are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, there is no cracks or breaks in this bottom cowling.
• One of the rubber gromets is tore as you can see in the picture, but nothing that will affect the performance.
• This does come with the latch.
• You will get everything pictured
• This will make a great replacement.
