This unit shifts and spins smoothly. The driveshaft measures 16 7/8" from the top of the water pump to the end of the shaft. There are 6 splines on the driveshaft. The splines have a slight bit of wear. The prop shaft on the unit is slightly bent. The paint is a little banged up but this does not affect integrity or performance. There is a few chips in the cavitation plate. This unit is guaranteed to need a reseal due to age. Please refer to the photos to verify the contents of this listing and to insure that you are ordering the correct parts for your boating needs. We have drained this unit prior to shipping so you will need to add oil prior to use!
